Our Circles® program is for individuals and families who want to make lasting changes. Whether you're working toward employment, better finances, or emotional stability, Circles surrounds you with community, coaching, and encouragement. It’s not a program—it’s a pathway forward.

Who can get help from Transform Scott County?
Anyone in Scott County who is facing crisis, stuck in a difficult situation, or looking for long-term support is welcome to reach out. We serve individuals and families from all backgrounds and situations.
Do I have to be a certain age or have children to receive help?
No. We walk with people of all ages and stages of life. Whether you’re single, a parent, recently out of work, or just feeling stuck—our team is here to support you.
What kind of help do you offer?
We provide both short-term and long-term support:
Short-term help through our Blessing Bridge program.
Long-term relational support through Circles, where you’ll be matched with trained Allies and meet weekly with a supportive group focused on goals, life change, and community.
Is this a religious organization?
We are driven and inspired by our faith, which means we believe in the power of hope, community, and restoration. But you do not need to share our beliefs to receive help. You’ll always be treated with dignity and respect—no matter what you believe or where you're coming from.
Is there a cost to join Circles or receive support?
No. Everything we offer is free of charge, thanks to the generosity of donors, volunteers, and local church partners who care deeply about our community.
Do I have to commit to anything right away?
Not at all. We’ll start with a conversation—just a chance to hear your story and learn what kind of support might be most helpful. From there, we can decide together what next steps feel right for you.
What if I’ve already tried programs like this before—and nothing worked?
That’s okay. This isn’t a program where someone tells you what to do. It’s a relationship where someone walks with you. We believe change happens best through community, not quick fixes—and we’re here for the long haul.
