A Shared Mission

At Transform Scott County, we believe our calling is rooted in two of Jesus’ clearest instructions:

  • The Great Commandment: “Love the Lord your God… and love your neighbor as yourself.”
  • The Great Commission: “Go and make disciples of all nations…”

Our model of ministry doesn’t replace the mission of the Church—it embodies it. When you partner with us, your church steps into both commandments at once: loving people through tangible care, and walking with them toward transformation that is spiritual, emotional, relational, and practical.

Here’s how we see it:

  • When your church opens its doors to a struggling family, you’re loving your neighbor.
  • When you provide consistent friendship and support to someone in poverty, you’re making disciples—not in a classroom, but in real life.
  • When you choose presence over performance, and people over programs, you reflect the Kingdom of God.

What partnership looks like

Partnership isn’t one-sided. When your church walks with us, we walk with you.

Host Circles®

Your church can open its doors one evening a week for our Circles® program. These gatherings pair individuals (Circles® Leaders) with trained volunteers (Allies) and provide a space for building skills, sharing meals, and walking toward long-term stability.

MOBILIZE VOLUNTEERS

Circles® Allies, Blessing Bridge delivery teams, childcare helpers, meal teams—your congregation can serve in meaningful, manageable ways.

Whether it’s once a month or weekly, we provide the tools; you provide the people.

Prayer & Support

Prayer is one of the most vital things a church can offer. Commit to praying for Circles® Leaders, sending encouragement notes, or adopting a family or class. This builds spiritual support around our participants—reminding them they are not alone.

Community Events

Use your influence to rally support around Blessing Bridge giving drives or community-wide outreach events.

You can help meet urgent needs while reinforcing a message of neighborly love and dignity.
